Next Gen Wellness Service Agreement

1. Practitioner: An Infrared Technician, qualified Hypnotherapist and/or Neuro Linguistic Practitioner     
2. Client: A person who seeks assistance from the Practitioner     
3. Tasking: Mandatory tasks allocated to the client by the practitioner for the purpose of creating the best possible outcomes.
4. The client understands that every person is different and that their mind and body may respond differently from what is expected
5. The practitioner agrees to use best efforts to assist the client to resolve any issues to which the practitioner agrees to full confidentiality.
6. Your practitioner is not a licensed medical doctor, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, family worker or social worker. You are advised to seek and follow advice from your licensed doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist. Information provided by Next Gen Wellness is based on master practitioner training, research articles and other texts as well as anecdotal evidence. 
7. The services you will receive are not currently regulated in Australia. We will always provide only those serviced in which we have been trained and if we cannot help you, we will refer you to a person who can assist you
8. Cancellation policy.
       a. Coaching

Once the client has paid the process begins immediately and the fee is non-refundable.   The client agrees that the treatment they receive may include Infrared Therapy, Time Line Therapy, Neural Linguistic Programming, OldPain2Go and/or Hypnosis. The client may elect to only do Infrared Therapy or only NLP, Timeline and Hypnotherapy or all available therapies.

b. Infrared Treatment

Minimum of 24hrs notice is required before appointment cancellation, otherwise the service must be paid for. If client has purchased a package the session will be automatically deducted from it.

9. In exchange for being a participant of services provided by Next Gen Wellness AU, I agree • To release Next Gen Wellness AU and Associated Entities from all liability for my death, personal injury, psychological trauma, loss or damage (including property damage) arising from participation in therapy or use of products, whether caused by negligence of any of the Associated Entities or otherwise; and • To indemnify the Associated Entities and each of them from any loss, liability damage or cost they may incur arising out of or related to my participation in the agreed therapy; and • That this Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement extends to all acts of negligence by the Associated Entities and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
10. The practitioner will set the times required after the initial client form is received. 
11. The practitioner will facilitate the appointments, the client agrees to follow the process.
12. Next Gen Wellness agrees to spend an appropriate amount of time in preparation for the meeting with the client
13. The client understands that the results will depend on his/her ability to take action and follow the process to the best of his/her abilities, communicate clearly with the practitioner, and to take responsibility for the results achieved. The responsibility for making the process with is the clients own. 
14. The client agrees to share with the practitioner all issues that the client needs assistance with. The client agrees that issues not shared with the practitioner may impede the successful achievement of the client’s goals and objectives. The client agrees that the practitioner may assign tasks to be done in between sessions and that the client will give his best efforts to fulfil these tasks. The client further agrees that if the tasks are not done that the outcome may not be predicted and or the appointment cancelled. 
15. The client acknowledges that the upon mutual agreement, the completion of some tasks may be mandatory and if the task is not completed the appointment may be cancelled without refund. At times when tasks are critical to the next session, the practitioner agrees to communicate this effectively.
16. Next Gen Wellness AU practitioners have a specific set of skills and training that meets or exceeds the American NLP board and the American Hypnotherapy Neuro Linguistic Programming (AH-NLPB). We abide by the Unregistered Health Practitioners Act 2006 and the NSW HCCC Code of Conduct as there is no current regulation or codes of conduct in Western Australia.
17. Due to the type of treatment we do, the client agrees that there may be times where the client is unsure or confused by the tactics or actions of the practitioner. This is normal and part of the process. For this reason, the client agrees to follow the steps the practitioner suggests to the best of their ability.
18. Once the coaching process has commenced, fees are not refundable
19. By signing, the client agrees that they have read and understand these terms thoroughly.
